The Hummerce integration with Comarch ERP XL connects the store to the Comarch ERP system: it syncs items, prices, stock levels, B2B customers, orders, statuses and invoices, without manually re-entering data between systems. This is one of the ERP integrations available in the standard Hummerce platform, alongside Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - with credit limits and customer payment terms as an extension implemented individually.

¶ Benefits and use cases
- Catalog and prices consistent with the ERP - items, prices and stock levels update automatically from Comarch ERP XL.
- B2B customer base shared with the ERP - the business customer, their account manager and special permissions (e.g. access to special prices) come from Comarch ERP XL.
- Individual B2B customer price lists - customer prices imported from the ERP, on request also as a full import from the panel.
- Orders and statuses reach the ERP and come back to the store - the sales department works in Comarch ERP XL, the customer sees the current status in the store.
- Invoices and complaints in one place - the invoice and its file from Comarch ERP XL are available in the store, and a complaint filed in the store reaches the ERP.
- Credit limits and payment terms visible to the customer (individual implementation) - the store keeps track of the business customer's obligations instead of relying solely on manual checks.
- Items - import of the product master data: code, translations (name, description), category assignment, cost.
- Prices - import of the product price list, including into the store's general price list.
- Stock levels - import of stock and reservations per warehouse.
- Photos - import of product photo links; downloading and storing the file is handled by a separate store mechanism.
- B2B customers - import of the customer with a B2B view assignment, customer group, account manager/coordinator, allowed payment methods, special permissions (e.g. access to special prices) and address book entries.
- B2B customer price lists - import of individual prices, only for customers with the matching permission granted in the ERP.
- B2B invoices - import of invoices from the ERP into the store's repository, together with the file.
- B2B loyalty points history - import of the customer's points history, if the store uses the points program.
- Order statuses - import of order, payment, delivery and (for the points program) reward status.
- Orders - export of the store order to the ERP.
- Complaints - export of a complaint/return from the store to the ERP, with import of complaint statuses.
Hummerce has two variants of the Comarch ERP XL integration in the code:
- REST/SOAP variant - the current variant, described in this section.
- Older variant - an earlier integration, built with an external integration partner, kept for existing deployments.
The variant is chosen during implementation, depending on which version of the service Comarch ERP XL exposes for the customer.
- Differential sync - runs on the scheduled task's timetable, returns only objects not yet confirmed since the previous import.
- Full sync - disabled by default, triggered manually in the panel, returns all objects stored in the ERP; useful e.g. for the first run of the integration or to diagnose discrepancies.
- Import and export can also be forced manually in the panel (scheduled tasks), without waiting for the schedule.
- The integration has its own section in the panel with a preview of data exchange and error logs, with a configurable log retention period.
- A separate panel action is available to fully retrieve the price list for a selected B2B customer, without waiting for the schedule.
¶ Credit limits and payment terms (individual implementation)
Credit limits and payment terms are not part of the standard integration - they are implemented individually on top of the Comarch ERP XL integration (or Navision). How it works:
- the business customer sees their credit limit and payment term in their account,
- the store always accepts the order, regardless of the limit's state,
- once the limit is exceeded, the customer gets a message that the order will be fulfilled once their obligations to the store are settled.
The Comarch ERP XL integration has been available in Hummerce for many versions.
- Access to the Comarch ERP XL integration service (access credentials are set with the customer's ERP system) - the current variant uses the REST/SOAP service, the older one a previous-generation web service.
- VAT rates, units of measure and warehouses set up in Hummerce matching the data from Comarch ERP XL (code mapping).
- Credit limits and payment terms - additional implementation work beyond the standard integration scope.
- The integration requires implementation - it doesn't start on its own after an update. Scope of a typical setup:
- configuring access to the Comarch ERP XL integration service (address, account, variant choice),
- enabling and configuring the needed sync types (items, prices, stock, customers, orders, statuses, invoices, complaints),
- mapping codes (VAT, units of measure, warehouses, statuses, delivery and payment methods) between the store and Comarch ERP XL,
- full-cycle testing: importing an item and a customer, placing a test order, checking the status and the invoice.
- Minimum estimated time:
- basic exchange (items, prices, stock, customers, orders, statuses) in an existing Comarch ERP XL environment - from 16 h,
- full scope (B2B price lists, invoices, complaints, points history) - from 24 h,
- credit limits and payment terms (individual implementation, beyond the standard) - quoted separately,
- we always add: analysis - +1 h, testing - +2 h, production deployment - +1 h.
- The time for a specific implementation depends on its scope and on which integration variant the customer's system supports - we quote it individually.
- What the time depends on:
- the integration variant (REST/SOAP vs. the older one),
- the number of enabled sync types and the data volume,
- how well codes (VAT, units of measure, statuses) match between the systems,
- whether the implementation covers credit limits and payment terms.
- Credit limits and payment terms are not part of the standard integration - they require individual implementation.
- The integration syncs data on the scheduled task's timetable (differential) or via an on-demand full import - this is not a real-time exchange.
- Product photos are imported as links - downloading and storing the file is handled by a separate store mechanism.
- A product with no code in the ERP response is not imported; a product with no assigned category goes into a temporary category.
- The two integration variants (REST/SOAP and the older one) are not interchangeable without extra work - the choice depends on what Comarch ERP XL exposes for the customer.
- We do not verify the task for legal compliance (e.g. licenses of submitted materials, GDPR, store terms of service).
- Unifying the two integration variants into a single module.
- Near-real-time price and stock import (instead of scheduled tasks).
- Import of product groups from the ERP (currently unused in the standard integration).
Does the Comarch ERP XL integration work right after a Hummerce update?
No. This is an individually implemented integration - it requires configuring access to the Comarch ERP XL service and mapping data (VAT, units of measure, warehouses, statuses) in the store.
Does the store enforce a business customer's credit limit?
Yes, but as an individually implemented extension, not part of the standard integration: the customer sees the limit and payment term, the order is always accepted, and once the limit is exceeded, the customer gets a message that the order will be fulfilled once their obligations are settled.
Are invoices from Comarch ERP XL visible in the store?
Yes - invoices imported from the ERP are available in the panel repository.
Does the integration support complaints?
Yes - a complaint filed in the store is exported to the ERP, and its status comes back to the store.
How long does setting up the Comarch ERP XL integration take?
Basic exchange (items, prices, stock, customers, orders, statuses) in an existing ERP environment - from 16 h; full scope with B2B price lists, invoices and complaints - from 24 h. Credit limits and payment terms are quoted separately, as an individual extension.

- Comarch ERP XL section in the admin panel - preview of data exchange and error logs.
- Scheduled tasks - differential import (on schedule) and full import (manual run) for items, prices, stock, customers, invoices and statuses; export of orders and complaints.
- Full B2B customer price list retrieval action - to run manually for a selected customer, without waiting for the schedule.
- Comarch ERP XL invoice repository in the panel, with the invoice file.
¶ REST API and MCP
The integration works through scheduled tasks and the admin panel - independent of REST API and the AI assistant (MCP).
