Hosting, SLA and data protection in Hummerce make up the store's post-launch support: 24/7 SLA system monitoring, technical support, a separate test environment for checking changes before production deployment, and platform mechanisms that reduce the risk of a personal data breach for customers.

Hummerce post-launch support includes 24/7 SLA system monitoring and service care with guaranteed technical support.
The store has a separate test environment, not publicly accessible and not accessible to search engine crawlers - it lets you find and fix bugs before deploying changes to production (see Test store not publicly accessible in Admin panel and store security).
The platform reduces the risk of a personal data breach through mechanisms built into Hummerce - among others, an identifier instead of an e-mail address in links generated by the store, and an encrypted HTTPS connection requiring an SSL certificate. Full overview of the mechanisms: Admin panel and store security.
SLA monitoring, service care and the test environment are part of the Hummerce implementation and post-launch support agreement - scope and terms are agreed individually (see Implementation model in Hummerce at a glance).
Does Hummerce provide system monitoring outside business hours?
Yes. Post-launch support includes 24/7 SLA system monitoring.
Do we test changes before deploying them to the production store?
Yes. Hummerce has a separate, non-public test environment for checking changes before going live on production.
Are customers' personal data visible in the store's page addresses?
No. Links generated by the store (e.g. account confirmation, password reset) contain an identifier instead of an e-mail address.
Does Hummerce guarantee GDPR compliance for the store?
No. Platform mechanisms reduce the risk of a personal data breach, but compliance of the whole store with GDPR, its terms of service and other regulations is set and verified by the store.
Are SLA and backup parameters the same for every implementation?
No. Specific post-launch support parameters are agreed individually in the contract, depending on the store's needs.
