Orlen Paczka in Hummerce is an integration with the Orlen Paczka pickup point network (formerly Paczka w Ruchu) at Ruch kiosks: the customer picks a pickup point on the map in the cart, and the store saves its data on the order and requires a point to be chosen before the order can be placed.

¶ Benefits and use cases
- The customer picks an Orlen Paczka pickup point on the map in the cart instead of typing in the point's address manually.
- The store requires a point to be chosen before an order is placed for a delivery method flagged as Orlen Paczka - this rules out orders with no pickup location specified.
- The chosen point's code is saved in the same order property used by other point-based delivery methods (e.g. InPost parcel lockers) - store staff see it in the panel in a consistent way.
- An alternative for customers who prefer picking up their parcel at a Ruch kiosk rather than a parcel locker or from a courier.
- The map widget (requires a configured Google Maps API key) shows Orlen Paczka points and lets the customer pick one for a delivery method flagged as Orlen Paczka.
- Cart validation requires a point to be chosen before the order is placed - without one, the store shows a message that a pickup point must be selected.
- After the order is placed, the chosen point's code is copied into the standard property also used by other point-pickup delivery methods, so point data displays consistently regardless of the carrier.
- The point data saved on the order includes the code, name, city, street, province and opening hours.
- The module has a mode setting (development / test / production) and separate access data (partner ID and key) for the test and production environments.
The carrier's name changed from "Paczka w Ruchu" to "Orlen Paczka" - the module and its settings in the store's code still carry the previous name.
- A contract with Orlen Paczka and partner data (ID, key) for the chosen environment.
- A Google Maps API key - required to display the point map in the cart.
- General rules for delivery methods and pickup points - Delivery methods overview.
- Requires implementation - the integration doesn't work without configuration. Scope:
- enabling the module and choosing the mode (test/production) with partner data,
- configuring the Google Maps API key,
- setting up a delivery method with the module's symbol,
- testing point selection in the cart and verifying the data is saved on the order and in the panel.
- Minimum estimated time: enabling the point-selection widget in the cart - from 4 h.
- What the time depends on: whether the Google Maps API key is already configured in the store (shared with other map-based features), the number of views and delivery methods.
- The standard scope of the integration is choosing and saving the pickup point on the order. The module doesn't automatically create the shipment, label or waybill number with the carrier - unlike, for example, the InPost or DB Schenker integrations; store staff hand over the shipment outside the store.
- No automatic shipment statuses or tracking link for this integration as part of the shipment tracking mechanism - the API currently supported there is InPost.
- Requires a Google Maps API key - without it, the point map won't display.
- No management of the integration through the REST API and MCP - configuration only in the panel.
- We do not verify the task for legal compliance (e.g. licenses of submitted materials, GDPR, store terms of service).
- Automatically creating the shipment, label and waybill number with the carrier, similar to other courier integrations.
- Automatic shipment statuses for Orlen Paczka in the shipment tracking mechanism.
Does Hummerce integrate with Orlen Paczka?
Yes - the customer picks a pickup point on the map in the cart, and the store saves its data on the order.
Is this the same integration as the old "Paczka w Ruchu"?
Yes, it's the same integration under the carrier's new name.
Does the store generate the label and tracking number for Orlen Paczka on its own?
Not by default. The module handles choosing and saving the pickup point; store staff hand over the shipment to the carrier outside the store.
Does the customer have to choose a point before placing the order?
Yes - cart validation requires a point to be chosen for a delivery method flagged as Orlen Paczka.
How long does implementing Orlen Paczka point selection take?
From 4 h.
Is a Google Maps API key needed?
Yes, to display the pickup point map in the cart.

- Integration configuration: Configuration -> the "pwr" group - Delivery symbol, Google API key, the working mode (development/test/production), and partner data (ID, key) separately for the test and production environments.
- Editing a delivery method: a delivery method with the module's symbol (
pwr by default).
- Order: the chosen pickup point (code, name, city, street, province, opening hours) in the order details.
¶ REST API and MCP
- No dedicated methods for this integration. The chosen point's data is stored as order properties - available through the general REST API for order properties.
