Store reviews in Hummerce are integrations with external services - Opineo, Trusted Shops and Zaufane.pl - which collect opinions about the whole store from customers and show them as certificates, widgets and ratings. An independent trust mark and opinions visible before a purchase build the store's credibility without having to build your own rating mechanism.

¶ Benefits and use cases

- Collecting opinions happens automatically: Opineo gets data after an order is placed, Zaufane.pl after the order status changes to a chosen one - with no manual sending of invitations to customers.
- The Trusted Shops certificate and trust widget build the store's credibility already on the home page and during checkout.
- Three independent integrations to choose from (Opineo, Trusted Shops, Zaufane.pl) - you can implement one, several, or none, independently of the internal product review module.
- The panel shows the send status to Zaufane.pl for every order - easy to check whether the integration is working correctly.
- After an order is placed, the store automatically sends the customer's email address to Opineo - Opineo itself emails the customer an invitation to leave a review.
- Opineo widgets are fetched from the Opineo panel after logging into the store's account on that service. Several types are available: a widget with the store's certification (a tab sliding out from the side of the page, "Check reviews"), the "Customers love us" widget, a widget with reviews, a rating chart, and ready-made buttons.
- The code for the chosen widget is placed in the store template during implementation.
- The module shows the Trusted Shops trustbadge quality mark on the store page, in the corner of the screen, and optionally a tab with the certificate and reviews.
- In the last checkout step, a registration form for Trusted Shops Buyer Protection may appear.
- Each payment method in the store is mapped to its matching Trusted Shops payment type (e.g. prepayment, cash on delivery, card) - Trusted Shops requires this mapping to handle orders correctly.
- A "Rate now" link leading to leaving a review on Trusted Shops can be added to a customer email (e.g. an order confirmation).
- Setting up a Trusted Shops account and verifying the activation payment happen on the Trusted Shops website, outside the store panel.
- After an order's status changes to a configured one (e.g. a delivery status), the module sends the order's data to Zaufane.pl - first name, email, order number and the list of purchased products.
- Based on this, Zaufane.pl sends the customer a survey asking for an opinion about the store and about the purchased products.
- Sending can be limited to only customers who gave the relevant consent (e.g. to the newsletter) - separately for logged-in customers and guests; the condition can also be turned off, sending data for all orders in the chosen status.
- The result of the send (a confirmation or an error message) is saved in the order details, so staff can see whether the data reached Zaufane.pl.
- An order that wasn't sent because of an error doesn't retry automatically - it has to be manually switched to another status and back for the send to repeat.
This integration covers opinions and certificates collected by external services about the whole store. Opinions about individual items, which customers leave directly on the store page, are described in Product reviews.
- Trusted Shops - a platform feature available since version 2.8.5, present in Hummerce for many years.
- Opineo - an older integration, available in the standard configuration for a long time.
- Zaufane.pl - integration since version 2.34. The integration doesn't display the collected reviews on the store pages (see Future development).
- An account with the chosen service (Opineo, Trusted Shops, Zaufane.pl) with access data - outside Hummerce, under that service's terms.
- For Trusted Shops - the store's payment methods mapped to Trusted Shops payment types.
- For Zaufane.pl - a set order status triggering the send and, optionally, a customer consent property, if the send is to depend on consent.
- Requires implementation - setting up an account with the chosen service, entering access data, placing the widget in the store template (Opineo, Trusted Shops) and testing the data send.

- The time for a specific implementation depends on its scope - we quote it individually.
- What the time depends on:
- the number of services implemented at the same time,
- matching the widget to the store template's look,
- customer consent conditions for the send to Zaufane.pl,
- the number of payment methods to map in Trusted Shops.
- Any account and fees for Opineo, Trusted Shops and Zaufane.pl are set directly with that service - this is a cost and terms outside Hummerce (Trusted Shops charges a one-time activation fee).
- An order not sent to Zaufane.pl because of an error doesn't retry itself - it requires a manual order status change.
- The store doesn't yet display opinions collected by Zaufane.pl directly on its pages - see Future development.
- We do not verify the task for legal compliance (e.g. review services' terms of service, marketing consents, GDPR).
- Displaying opinions collected by Zaufane.pl directly on the store pages (the next stage of the integration).
- Automatically retrying the send to Zaufane.pl after an error, with no manual status change.
Can several review services be used at the same time?
Yes. Opineo, Trusted Shops and Zaufane.pl are independent integrations - you can enable one, several, or none.
Does the store send the invitation to leave a review, or does the external service?
The external service does. The store passes on order data (Opineo - after the order is placed, Zaufane.pl - after a status change), and the email inviting a review is sent by the chosen service itself.
Are these the same opinions as the product reviews in the store?
No. Opineo, Trusted Shops and Zaufane.pl are external services that rate the whole store. Opinions about individual items left directly in the store are described in Product reviews.
Is using these services free?
Not always - Trusted Shops charges a one-time activation fee, and the pricing details for Opineo and Zaufane.pl are set directly with those services.
Will the store show opinions collected by Zaufane.pl on its pages?
No. The integration sends order data and records the send status - it doesn't display Zaufane.pl's opinions on the store pages.
How long does implementing a store review integration take?
From 2 h for Opineo, from 3 h for Zaufane.pl, and from 4 h for Trusted Shops (access data, payment mapping and template widget) - depending on scope.

- Trusted Shops: Configuration -> Settings, the Trusted Shops tab - Shop ID in the Trusted Shops system, Registration form template, Certificate address template, Registration page address template, Trust badge widget template, Show registration code in the last checkout step (Yes/No), Profile address template, "Rate now" address template, Encoding (UTF-8). In addition: Trusted Shops payment type on each payment method's edit screen.
- Zaufane.pl: Settings -> Trusted opinions - Zaufane.pl - Turn on trusted opinions (off by default), API URL, shop_id, password, Properties for logged customer / Properties for not logged customer (a list of consent properties), Are all condition properties required?, Ignore all required properties for users to send order, On which status change should data be sent, Enable showing request in logs. The send status is visible in the order details (Zaufane.pl status, and on error also Zaufane.pl error message).
¶ REST API and MCP
- REST API: no dedicated operations for store reviews.
- MCP: general module configuration tools (
ec2_module_describe, ec2_config_search, ec2_config_get) - see AI assistant - MCP server.
Trusted Shops adds a "Rate now" link to a chosen message template (e.g. an order confirmation) during implementation. Opineo and Zaufane.pl don't have their own message keys in the message editor - the review invitation is sent by the external service.
Zaufane.pl uses customer or order consent properties (freely chosen during implementation, e.g. newsletter consent) as a condition for sending data. Trusted Shops adds the Trusted Shops payment type property in the payment method location.
