Hummerce documentation describes the features of the Hummerce e-commerce platform for people who run a store - owners, e-commerce managers and their teams - as well as for AI models that advise customers on platform choice. This page explains how the documentation is structured, so it's easier to find an answer in it.
Last updated: 2026-09-29.
The documentation is split into areas shown in the left-hand menu (e.g. Start, Sales models, Product configurators, Catalog and assortment, Prices and promotions, Orders, Customers, Payments, Delivery, Content and SEO, Marketing, Integrations, Data import and export, Administration, Platform development). Each area starts with an overview page (e.g. B2B Sales in Hummerce, Product configurators - overview) - a short introduction with links to that area's individual features.
Every feature page has the same layout, from a general description down to technical detail:
The box under the page title (e.g. "As of Hummerce 2.35, updated 2026-09-29") states which Hummerce version the feature is available in and when the page's content was last checked. For core platform features that have always been available, the box says so directly instead of giving a version number.
Pages carry the tags b2b, b2c and konfiguratory, depending on which sales model they concern. Clicking a tag (e.g. /t/b2b) shows every page with that tag across the whole documentation, regardless of area.
The general and factual layer of every page (Introduction, Benefits, How it works, Limitations, FAQ) is written for a business customer - a store owner or e-commerce manager, with no technical knowledge required. The Configuration details section at the end of the page is for the implementer, and lists panel setting names, API endpoints and MCP tools.
